We’re growing, fast! We already have over 4.5m customers globally. We’re looking for an Affiliates Marketing Executive with previous experience in a similar role to join the Global Performance Team. If you love working with international colleagues from around the world, you’ll love this role.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Affiliates Marketing experience, preferably in the Finance sector or regulated industries
• Excellent numeracy skills and a strong communication skills.
• Metrics-driven individual supporting the Senior Performance Manager to expand successfully Wirex’s affiliates program.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with the broader Customer Engagement and Marketing team to grow further Wirex’s market presence globally

Main Responsibilitiesof the role

• 30% - Research, Recruit & Onboard targeted affiliates & influencers that are aligned with Wirex brand values and are advocates of our offering
• 20% - Analyse and report performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Monitor competitor propositions and work with Senior manager on strategy improvement
• 15% - Maintaining relationships with existing affiliate partners through weekly/monthly calls, affiliates program announcements and emails
• 15% - Support Senior Manager with setting up contracts and negotiation deals with current and potential partners, working with Legal, the copywriters and designers where required
• 15% - Troubleshoot events and ensure all affiliate traffic is correctly tagged and follows the right geo targeting
• 5% - Additional Projects and Responsibilities – including but not limited to researching new partnerships and staying on top of current platform updates, new territory launches & ensuring all comms and campaigns are legal and compliant.

What you will need

• An exceptional candidate with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced with affiliate platforms, programs and tools, such as Impact Radius, Appsumer, Branch, SEMRush etc.
• Strong excel skills
• Solid communication skills
• Creativity in finding solutions and creating engaging assets and content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and to meet deadlines
• Work well in a scaleup business – it's fun, busy and there’s always something crazy happening somewhere
