Technical writers make HyperMint’s products easy to integrate, by creating useful content for both developers and everyday users.
What You’ll Do
- Work with leadership to shape HyperMint’s external perception in front of a technical audience.
- Be proactive from day one, owning HyperMint’s technical content strategy. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Document new products, features and APIs.
- Organise documentation and make it easily discoverable.
- Design and write external product guides tailored for developers and product people.
- Create material for internal teams, supporting strategic pitches and breaking down knowledge silos.
- Write copy across our landing pages, platform and developer documentation.
- Become a product expert and use these skills to help us educate users about our product and industry
- Participate in conversations with vital strategic accounts at HyperMint including top celebrities, enterprises and game studios, helping you learn more about our industry.
- Regularly engage with business development, marketing, partnerships and strategy teams to create the best Web 3 infrastructure content set.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 2 years under the belt writing content in the crypto space or at high-growth companies (or equivalent experience, some people learn differently).
- You have excellent written English skills and a tone which is compelling, approachable and can resonate with a technical audience.
- You are extremely detail oriented and organised.
- You have an engineering background or can understand and thrive in technical content writing.
- You propagate high standards upon others within your organisation.
