What you'll do
- Source and conduct marketing calls to potential clients to establish rapport and identify client’s foreign exchange needs
- Service client’s requirements for all FX transaction needs
- Bring the new FX clients to Coins.ph
- Maintain existing client relationships and promote FX services
- Onboarding of new clients KYC documents and proper due diligence
- Updating of necessary KYC document annually if necessary
- Provide market feedback, forecast, and account update to immediate supervisor
- Maintain and track P&L on successful trades of clients for internal books and regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with Company and other regulatory operating processes and controls
- Will do end-to-end transaction processes
- Other ad-hoc tasks
What we expect from you
- 4+ years work experience (in Finance and Sales organizations)Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related discipline
- Detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Google suite
- Excellent communication skills
