Description
Our client is looking for a visionary and high energy lead UX/UI designer with strong business and user experience design acumen to support software development in the Business Aviation segment. In this role you will work as part of a highly collaborative Agile software delivery team composed of product leads, business analysts, developers, quality assurance engineers and aviation experts.

PrimaryResponsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and technical leads in the development of a product roadmap and product structure strategy.
- Lead and/or mentor less experienced UX professionals.
- Lead user experience and user interface design efforts that account for user journeys and application workflows which maintain the fit, form and function of all strategies and roadmaps.
- Convey ideas and designs with the development of sketches and application wireframes.
- Conduct end user research to understand business and user experience needs. Leverage outcomes to help make data driven decisions.

Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience with all elements in the Design Thinking process.
- Demonstrated ability to identify user journeys and form them into application features and workflows.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise with artistic visual designs, layout principles, typography and color theory with a strong attention to visual detail.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
