Job Description:
- 1. Build mathematical models based on data to discover market trends and develop market-making strategies.
- 2. Conduct model testing prior to the implementation of market-making strategies.
- 3. Track the live performance of strategies, continuously optimize and improve existing strategies.
- 4. Design orderbook strategy models.
- 5. Collaborate with the team on various research projects.
Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of experience in market-making strategies within the blockchain industry.
- 2. Solid understanding of financial fundamentals, capable of comprehending arbitrage, hedging, and derivative pricing.
- 3. Strong programming skills, particularly in scientific computing frameworks (numpy, scipy, pandas). Experience in data analysis using Python is advantageous. Proficiency in Golang is a plus.
- 4. Familiarity with general modeling procedures and basic model principles.
- 5. In-depth research on micro-orderbook structures/order flow.
