About the DEX (Decentralised Exchange) team
OKX DEX-Bridge is a cross-chain transaction aggregator, aimed at addressing the challenge of asset interoperability across different blockchains. Through DEX-Bridge, users can conveniently transfer and exchange assets across varied blockchains, establishing seamless transfers for cross-chain assets.It unifies liquidity across chains by aggregating all asset bridges & DEXs. DEX-Bridge employs advanced encryption technology and safety protocols to safeguard user assets during cross-chain transfers, and preserve privacy. Further, we deploy a proprietary quotation algorithm to calculate optimal trading paths, minimizing user costs during asset transfers and exchanges.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for the development and optimization of cross-chain Bridge Aggregator solutions, including performance enhancement and technical problem solving.
- Entrusted with organizing and coordinating resources, taking the lead in project R&D, capable of addressing project-related issues, ensuring quality completion on-time.
- Cross-team communication and coordination as well as work advancement, code quality control and cooperative team efficiency elevation.
- Proactive in undertaking team tasks, nurturing or identifying industry technical talent.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a regular college in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors, with over five years of work experience.
- Solid foundation in Java, profound understanding of JVM's configuration optimization strategy, tuning, familiar with IO, multithreading, concurrency framework. Thorough acquaintance with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, possessing good coding norms and abundant work experience.
- Familiar with databases like MySQL, grasping a deep understanding of transaction, index, and experience in SQL optimization. Well-acquainted with frequently-used middleware like cache, message queue etc.
- Familiarity with mainstream blockchain, smart contracts, and ERC standards. Experience with blockchain smart contracts or other decentralized applications will be advantageous.
- Understanding of decentralized exchange and cross-chain bridges, familiarity with decentralized trading platforms such as Uniswap, 1inch, Bungee will be prioritized.
- Clear logic, agile thinking, good learning, and communication skills, with a passion for technology, capable of withstanding a certain amount of work pressure.
- Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions
