About the Job
As a Team Lead for Account Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers while fostering strong, forward-looking relationships with Unlimit’s merchants. In this role, you’ll ensure the team works in partnership with merchants to facilitate growth, while also driving performance improvements and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You’ll be a strategic thinker who motivates your team to push boundaries, create innovative solutions, and maintain a customer-first approach. You will report directly to Unlimit’s Head of Business Growth and be based in our Cyprus Office.

What You’ll Do:

    • Lead and Build Relationships: Manage and mentor the Account Management team, ensuring collaborative relationships within both Unlimit and Merchant teams to meet merchant needs and drive growth.
    • Challenge and Improve: Work with the Global Account Management Team to continuously evolve processes, enhancing both the speed and quality of the merchant experience.
    • Drive Commercial Growth: Oversee account optimization and conversion growth opportunities, acting as a subject matter expert while leading your team to ensure merchants achieve their goals.

    • Manage Internal and External Priorities: Take ownership of both team and individual performance, aligning priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering on challenging timelines.
    • Advocate for the Merchant: Ensure that merchant needs and feedback are voiced internally, championing merchant interests across departments.
    • Foster a Positive Culture: Lead by example in driving a positive and fun workplace culture, making sure your team is engaged and motivated to deliver the best results.
