About the Role:

The person in the position will focus on the implementation of security controls to the corporate infrastructure and cloud environments, work on the sufficient and proper security monitoring coverage, infrastructure security posture control, incl., security automation for the purpose, and security platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer security platform solutions strictly following IaC codification practices
• Improve cloud security posture using native cloud capabilities and external solutions
• Enhance runtime protection capabilities of computing resources
• Automate infrastructure hardening, routine posture management tasks
• Develop security monitoring by:
• Connecting event sources,
• Writing ETLs and data processors,
• Implementing monitoring baselines and alerting
• Participate in the Security Incident Management process
  
  

What We Look for:

• At least 5 years in professional IT (Security, DevOps, CloudOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, System Administration), incl., dedicated Security Engineering experience (must)
• Terraform and/or Cloudformation knowledge, Python/Go programming skills (must)
• Strong logical thinking, good analytical abilities with ability to work with a huge amount of information (must)
• Advanced cloud networking and organization security concepts knowledge (as a plus)
• Understanding of the industry: crypto/fintech (as a plus)
• Work experience in Enterprise Security or MSSPs (as a plus)
