About the Opportunity
What you will be doing:
- Develop, manage, and optimising affiliate campaigns to developnew affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
- Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
- Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
- Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor degree or above, and possessing at least 1year of affiliate marketing/ business development experience, ideally in the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience in end to end process of building large affiliate networks
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude would be a plus
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
