• Create new user growth strategy, increase user retention and activation, form and implement a long-term positive optimization strategy
• Uncover customer's unique needs and challenges
• Create, manage and monitor marketing campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience
• Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and trading or finance/banking/payments industry
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage and interact with a diverse workforce; strong organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
• Result oriented, hardworking and value teamwork
• Clear thinking, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure
• A Binance P2P user is highly preferred
