Job Description

• Responsible for coin campaign initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
• Perform media analysis, planning and implementation based on target; both offline and online.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
• Prepare briefing materials with a graphic designer or procurement team.
• Budgetary control of marketing activity.
• Support other special projects as requested.
• Support and play a lead/ mentor role during special projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the project plan.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
• Report campaign progress with quantitative data regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in marketing campaign, media communications strategy and execution and performance analysis ability at least 2 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, SEO/SEM and social media management.
• Solid knowledge of application analytics toll (e.g., Appsflyer)
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google analytics)
• Ability to meet deadlines, self- management skill and ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
• High energy, positive "can do" attitude, and results-driven.
• Must be creative in the way of thinking and execution.
• Must have strong interest and knowledge in the crypto and blockchain.
• Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving, strong interpersonal skill and project management.
• Strong communications skills and command in English.
