The Team ❤️

Our newly formed data team is here to build up and serve a best in class data platform to the whole company. This is a greenfield project so you will be able to play your part in key decisions and our strategy from the outset.

  What you’ll do 👀

  • Analyze data from ad partners, CRM platforms, and internal data stores to evaluate the impact of various growth and marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for the business
  • Manage all marketing A/B testing efforts and implement an experimentation framework across the growth organization
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to evaluate and improve growth and marketing campaigns, including optimizing paid ad campaigns, defining metrics, and setting targets
  • Manage and improve our in-house marketing attribution model
  • Establishing naming conventions for and documenting events and tags used across campaigns
  • Prepare reports and present the story of the data to stakeholders on all levels of the organization in an easily accessible manner
  • Process and clean the data used for analysis and reporting
  • Learn new technologies on the job
  • Communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences (across different teams)

  As a Senior you will be expected to:

  • Mentor and coach Data Analysts.
  • Contribute to our overall approach and standards within the Engineering discipline.

  You should apply if ✅

  • Working experience as a growth or marketing analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (knowledge of window functions)
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Looker)
  • Experience processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a very dynamic environment
  • Experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders including brand specialists, performance marketers, product marketing managers, engineers, VP & C-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS growth metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, etc.)
  • Are experienced building and tweaking attribution models
  • Have extensive working experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementing custom events and tags
  • Familiarity with DBT
  • Knowledge of python
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Working in fintech
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency
