Web3 Affiliate Marketing Manager - Canada Wide - Remote

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: • Managing the day-to-day operations of Newton's affiliate partnerships. • Serving as the primary point of contact for partners and manage all inbound and outbound collaboration requests. • Nurturing, growing, and evolving existing partnerships with influencers, publications, and affiliate platforms. • Exploring new opportunities to leverage affiliate partnerships including content and video collaborations, paid media, and more. • Owning the affiliate marketing budget and manage all costs, report on new member acquisition results, member engagement, and product adoption. • Monitoring affiliate performance and ensure continuous growth and optimization. • Working closely with Media and Paid Growth teams to leverage influencer and affiliate content, ensuring programs are successful from end-to-end. • Helping to execute detailed tracking and reporting.

Must Haves • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics. • Experience working with affiliate management platforms. • Knowledge of the financial services and crypto landscape in North America. • Skilled writer and relationship builder. • Experience working cross functionally with Product, Analytics, Accounting and Technology teams to accomplish business objectives.

Nice To Haves • Experience in content and/or video production. • Experience working at an agency. • Prior experience with affiliate marketing networks, proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns.
