Senior Frontend Engineer (React) - Insights Team. Fully Remote. Consultancy or an Employment Agremeent
Have a direct impact on our business success through building extraordinary user experiences into our products used daily by our large and ever-growing crypto community.
We are looking for a savvy Frontend Developer with knowledge of the React ecosystem to join our Insights team that is crafting portfolio experiences within our business.
We are developing a remote-first company that empowers people to approach tasks creatively, and organise their work the way is best for them and it’s all supported by a collaborative team in a pragmatic and solutions-focused environment. Join us remotely, you can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position requires a full-time engagement; both a Contract and an Employment Agreement are possible.
What you will be doing:
- Participate in creating trustworthy user experiences by building, testing, and shipping customer-facing features that are simple, intuitive, performant, and reliable.
- Build user experiences for digital assets, investment performance and market data.
- Propose and implement architectural approaches for new features and refactoring legacy code
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to define, prioritise and build out product features
- Participate in all stages of product development from ideation to launch
- Be an inspiring and supportive teammate by participating in PR reviews, pair programming, active feedback, idea generation, teaching, learning, and in general being a delightful human being
What you need:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Writing well-organised, efficient, and easily testable code.
- Proficiency in React and Javascript/Typescript development.
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- A passion for delivering great UX
- English language fluency
- Built high reliability and data-intensive financial systems.
- Working knowledge of DeFi, NFTs and Web3
- Worked with charting libraries
- Strong experience with CSS animations
