- Set and deliver quarterly OKRs, plans, and reports for Community Spaces growth and engagement.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value communities aligned with priority verticals such as Federations, SateNet, and Human Rights Defenders.
- Focus on activation and depth â ensuring existing communities become active, circular, and self-sustaining.
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve creation flows, discovery, and retention features.
- Coordinate with Federations, Mini-Apps, and On & Off-Ramps teams to highlight relevant tools and enable real use within communities.
- Partner with Marketing, and the Community team to design programs that increase awareness and usage.
- Launch referral, spotlight, and certification programs that reward high-quality and bring new communities.
- Create playbooks and templates for rapid community setup across different verticals and regions.
- Work with key influencers and communities globally to onboard and promote Community Spaces.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from leaders and end users to guide the roadmap for Community Spaces.
- Advocate for improvements to the in-app Communities section, including discovery, personalization, and Mini-App integrations.
- Partner with regional teams to identify local needs and activate region-specific use cases.
- Curate and promote local Mini-Apps, chats, and tools that add real value to users.
- Support visibility for public communities that serve broader audiences.
- Define and track KPIs such as net new communities, activation rate, DAU/MAU, retention, content activity, members, and NPS.
- Share clear insights and experiments that improve funnel conversion and long-term engagement.
- 6+ years of experience in community growth, platform partnerships, or marketplace programs.
- 3â4 years working with or within community or creator ecosystems (e.g. Discord, Facebook Groups, Slack, Telegram).
- Proven DRI for growth targets and OKRs with cross-team execution.
- Experience launching and scaling programs that attract, activate, and retain users.
- Comfortable working with product specs, user research, and iterative experimentation.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across regions, functions, and cultures.
- Ability to travel internationally and work closely with on-the-ground teams.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, privacy-first tech, or digital community tools is a plus.
