Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Marketing – Web3 Project

About the Project:

 
We’re building a next-gen Web3 infrastructure protocol poised to reshape how decentralized systems interact and scale. With our beta testnet launching soon and partnerships already in motion, we're looking for a public-facing Head of Marketing who can bring energy, clarity, and leadership to our marketing engine.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers — onboard new partners, follow up with current ones, and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
• Coordinate with KOL agencies and external marketing partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Act as the main marketing point of contact in meetings with partners, KOLs, and internal stakeholders , clearly presenting campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Represent the project in AMAs, Twitter Spaces, community calls, and partner discussions..
• Maintain high standards in brand communication and narrative alignment across channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or KOL management- preferably in Web3.
• Strong verbal communication skills - must be confident in live AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and partner calls.
• Native English speaker (or indistinguishable fluency).
• Female candidates are strongly preferred (due to the nature of the role and audience engagement).
• Experience working with or managing KOL agencies, influencer rosters, or crypto marketing firms.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Crypto-native is a big plus — understanding of degen culture, token launches, and campaign timing.
