Web3 Community Manager

Satoshi’s Games is one of the pioneers in the play-to-earn, Blockchain gaming, with titles
such as Light Nite and Monstropoly. The core business of the company is though the Game
Platform Elixir, where game studios can access a complete range of services to ensure a
successful game launch: from financing (via a launchpad) to distribution (via the launcher)
and a full incubation service to help them with gameplay, marketing, and tokenomics,
among others.
We are looking for a community manager to lead the engagement of our community
members, both gamers and NFT/token investors, in our Elixir discord community. This is a
full-time remote position, ideally in the CET +/- 4h time zone. Nevertheless, we are flexible
to accommodate to the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and implement community engagement strategies to drive product awareness and new games discovery. This may include tournaments, quizzes, AMAs and other engaging actions
• Manage the operational collaboration with partners to define and execute collaborative actions on our community
• Implement a community-based moderating system, similar to the ones already implemented in our existing communities
• Listen, track and monitor both the discord channel and external platforms such as forums, social platforms and chat groups to understand what users are saying about the product, respond to queries and increase positive engagement
• Work closely with Product, Customer Support and Marketing to develop appropriate communications that support new features and marketing campaigns to community members
• Ensure customer happiness by responding to and following through on comments or queries in a timely and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Proven work experience (3+ years) in community management or similar role within the blockchain, gaming, fintech, software or start-up industries
• Experience in driving community engagement strategies and initiatives, ideally from ground up.
• Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (other languages such as Spanish would be appreciated) and can generate engaging content that drive conversations
• Ideally, working experience with Discord.
• Ideally, hands on experience in social media management and awareness of online marketing strategies
