Content Marketing Manager - crypto - fully remote

As a Content Marketer for MELD, you will be part of our internal remote marketing team. Your main responsibility will be creating and implementing a content strategy for the company.
You will work on growing the company’s presence within different crypto ecosystems, launching DEFI products and attracting a future customer base for MELD. You are organized, and have your own processes and systems for creating content and managing it. You understand the nuances of different crypto ecosystems and create content that fits the brandvoice.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Produce high-quality content by collaborating with design, ambassadors and internal writers.
Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.
Manage digital marketing agencies to assist with content output.
Regularly deliver engaging content consumed by a web 3 audience.
Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Analyze web traffic metrics.
Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
Align content narrative with product-market fit and product marketing

Requirements :

3-5yrs+ experience as a Content marketing manager or similar.
2yrs+ experience working in Web3, Defi, or Crypto
Strong executor and doer
Professional understanding of crypto, DeFi, web3, NFTs.
Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
Proven expertise in crypto-based social media platforms.
Project management experience and attention to detail.
Experience leading a team of 5 or more
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Preferable
Previous experience writing web3 copy or articles.
