- Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with Ondo APIs.
- Provide hands-on support to partners on minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.

- 2+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Support (web3 experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, especially self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed, multicultural team spanning multiple time zones.
- Technical proficiency (software engineering background preferred) — capable of understanding code, debugging integration issues, and communicating with engineers.
- Familiarity with tokenized assets, RWAs, or DeFi protocols is a plus.
- Experience working directly with crypto exchanges or wallets on API integrations.
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or L1/L2 ecosystems.
- Exposure to the Cosmos SDK or similar ecosystems.
