GK8 by Galaxy is looking for a hands-on and user-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of our Web and Mobile interfaces. In this role, you’ll work closely with front-end developers, designers, and customers to shape intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences for our digital asset custody platform.
You will serve as the voice of the customer, translating real-world use cases into product requirements and ensuring our front-end experiences reflect both client needs and our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with GK8’s strategic clients to deeply understand their needs, use cases, and pain points
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for web and mobile interfaces — from discovery and ideation to execution and delivery
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories for frontend teams
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, customer feedback, and strategic alignment
- Work closely with designers to ensure UX/UI aligns with best practices and customer expectations
- Partner with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Collect and analyze product usage data to continuously optimize interfaces
- Ensure consistent, secure, and intuitive user experience across platforms (desktop & mobile)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B tech environment
- Proven experience working closely with front-end/mobile teams, preferably in complex technical products
- Experience gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on customer interviews and real-world use cases
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams (Figma or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders — including their direct manager, who is based in another country.
