RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the business line leaders to set and achieve business goals.
- Lead the optimization of processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff.
- Build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration and accountability.
- Manage talent acquisition, retention, and professional development initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success.

REQUIREMENTS

- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry or digital asset ecosystems, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes in fast-paced, innovative, and evolving industries like crypto.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
