Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users.
- Identify and leverage growth channels, including but not limited to referral, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to implement growth initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Background and knowledge of crypto or finance is a plus.
