Email & SMS Marketing Manager

Bitcoin Depot is looking for a skilled marketer experienced in a broad range of marketing disciplines. The Email & SMS Marketing Manager will set market direction and strategy, as well as operationalize Bitcoin Depot’s B2C communications, outreach and execution around email, SMS, and other outbound campaigns.

High level Responsibilities:

• Design and execute email, SMS and direct mail campaigns to existing customers to grow their relationship with Bitcoin Depot to include increasing number of transactions, average size of transactions, and winning back customers who have gone inactive.
• Must be an expert with champion/challenger marketing test management.
• Design and execute email, SMS and direct mail campaigns to prospects to drive new customer acquisition.
• Manage multiple campaign systems and assess applicability for Bitcoin Depot’s marketing needs.
• Continuously develop and update campaign content with intent for content to be used across multiple channels.
• Develop and manage an affiliate marketing partnership program..
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our SEO efforts
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.
• Be a team player and as other marketing specialists need help, pitch in and help get projects over the line

Daily responsibilities:

• Keep Trello/project board updated
• Work with third party vendor to continuously improve SEO
• Campaign design, analysis, execution
• Primary responsibility for website
• Competitor research
• Work with management to set an Annual Marketing Plan
• Work with the team to make sure Marketing meets its quarterly KPI’s.

Reporting:

• Weekly report to management
• Monitor, request, and provide weekly and monthly reports on:
• SEO
• SMS Campaigns
• Email Campaigns
• Any other active campaigns at the time

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
• Proficient using marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
• Experience with email automation tools
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
