Web3 Employer Brand Specialist

Compensation: $40k - $62k estimated

We have a very exciting opportunity available for anyone who is passionate about storytelling, social media and technology. We are looking for an Employer Brand Specialist that could help us tell the story of Ledger as an employer and support our ambitious hiring plans. 

Mission You will play a crucial role in building and positioning the Ledger Employer Brand globally, by supporting the team in attracting top talent. 

Here are some of your responsibilities: 

•Contributing to the development of Ledger’s Employer Brand strategy and implementing it  •Design, develop and deliver creative content to build the Digital Employer Brand for Ledger  •Contribute towards driving the Social Media strategy for Employer Brand  •Managing the Careers touchpoints online and offline, making sure we deliver key messages feeding into the attraction plans. This includes owning and managing the social activity calendar.  •Reporting and analysing the performance of campaigns and projects  •Own and manage Employer Brand projects and campaigns end-to-end •Manage and roll out of digital tools and platforms  •Participating in many other Talent Acquisition Projects to streamline processes and share Talent Acquisition best practices

What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who has experience in Marketing/Recruitment marketing, but most importantly who is curious and eager to learn. We’ll help you get up to speed and support your development, while we want to find someone who takes full responsibility, is driven and autonomous. 

•Experience in Marketing/Recruitment Marketing/Employer Brand/ Communications/ Recruitment  •Experience in project management, working with different stakeholders and multi-tasking different projects  •Excellent written and verbal English (other languages, particularly French would be a big plus)  •Fantastic communication, copywriting and organisational skills •Creative problem-solving and effective analytical skills •Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change  •Team oriented, eager to learn and take initiatives

The team  We’re looking for creative, curious talent to join our newly formed Employer Brand team. This role will report to the Global Head of Employer Brand and be part of the bigger Talent Acquisition team spread across all of our locations.
