Role Summary

We are searching for a passionate and driven Experiences & Events Marketing Executive who will support our Experiences & Events Marketing Manager with developing, managing and executing in-person and virtual events to boost our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience.

The Experiences & Events Marketing Executive will be tasked with researching and securing venues within the metaverse and real-world when needed, assisting the Experiences & Events Marketing Manager with planning and managing our events' calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking and delivering on event brief objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to and work closely with our Experiences & Events Marketing Manager
• Copy writing activities
• Assist in the planning of a comprehensive events schedule
• Support with vendor collaboration activities
• Provide regular updates and insight reports
• Speaker, attendees and partner management
• Virtual Event Platform management
• Events administration
• Represent the company to highest standard at events online and in person where needed
• Assist in the management and growth of the wider community
• Support the wider marketing team where needed

Must have skills and attributes

• Interest and experience in crypto / blockchain / web3 and virtual worlds
• Proven experience as event coordinator or similar role (both in-person and virtual events)
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Keen interest in DeFi, NFT’s, NFT Art and Metaverse gaming
