Growth Hacker/Crypto Marketing

We are a recently DeFi platform working on fixed-interest rate and other lending primitives.
We've just closed an initial funding round and are looking for a strong candidate to join the founding team.

Role Description:

• Develop & deploy various marketing strategies (facing outsourced firm and with internal personnel) that are native and novel to crypto
• Analyze and calibrate to campaign successes,informing business development, product development, and broader ideation within the organization
• Pick up pieces, and be a performer (not an instructor), often wearing multiple hats in a very fast paced environment

Role Requirements:

• Coming from a CeFi or DeFi (within crypto) organization from a similar role
• Strong experience in crypto marketing and strong network/rolodex of cascading cost-effective solutions
• Strong knowledge of emerging crypto trends and primtives and the ability to shed meaningful information about trajectory of developments within the space
• Great English skills (writing), and dyanmic work ethic
• Team player
