Web3 Growth Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help us execute on our ambitious user acquisition and monetisation goals for 2022 and beyond. Initially we’re looking for support on our email marketing and paid search, social, and performance marketing goals, but we see this role growing beyond that to support with and lead on other growth projects like influencer marketing, paid social, push notifications, referral, and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Engage with our users over email; delivering an email marketing strategy that nurtures and converts millions of customers at scale.
• Support the launch of new growth marketing channels including push notifications, paid social, and search.
• Promote a data-driven approach to marketing and growth hacking within the team.
• Contribute to proper documentation and reporting for the growth marketing team.
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 1-3 years of relevant experiences in digital marketing with experience executing & supporting consumer-facing marketing campaigns.
• Some understanding of the full funnel of consumer marketing including Owned, Earned, and Paid strategy and execution
• Working knowledge of email marketing or CRM-marketing platforms (such as Iterable, BlueShift, Braze, HubSpot).
• From digging into a spreadsheet, to creating a dashboard, to pulling together slides for leadership, you should be comfortable with data, marketing analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing ads-managers (Facebook, Google, Reddit, or others).
• Copy-writing experience.
• Basic HTML (preferred)
• A/B Testing (preferred)
• Passion for crypto
