Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet - KOL

The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs
• Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization
• Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment
• Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
• Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plans
• Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives
• Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
