Web3 Product Manager (Project Management)

Buidlpad is a compliant crypto token sale platform that aims to make community sale great again. We are dedicated to restoring community ownership in the crypto space, from poor performance and low trust of many VC-backed projects right now on the market. By democratizing the pre-TGE token sale process and emphasizing transparency and compliance, Buidlpad aligns the interests of retail users who genuinely invest in and contribute to projects. This approach ensures effective fundraising, scalability, and long-term sustainability for project teams, while also providing profitability and new opportunities for retail investors. We are proud to have supported Solayer’s Community Sale in Jan 2025 which raised $10.5M with over $57M oversubscription in total.

We are actively expanding our product and adding more features to provide a flexible and meaningful fundraising experience to our partner projects, as well as a fun and profitable investment opportunity for our end users – retail investors.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years in product management, with no less than 2 years in crypto
• Proven ability to to design and ship complex and scalable crypto products, any experience in token sale products would be a plus
• Strong understanding of onchain crypto transactions and data, and knowledge of tools to process large datasets
• Strong skills in product and user research, interaction design and visual design
• Expertise in designing commercial and business strategies to engage both our end users and the partner projects
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin

What you will do:

• Drive product strategy and new features at Buidlpad according to requirements of partner projects or market trends to increase visibility of our platform and each community sale hosted on it
• Lead the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates
• Identify and prioritize new trends and opportunities in the market for an innovative and engaging community sale format
• As the primary point of contact, work closely with our partner projects to understand their requirements for token launch and GTM, then translate them into product features
• Work with our designers and engineers to ensure alignment on product goals and user journey
• Advocate for users by gathering insights through communities, crypto Twitter, Discord, and other media
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product over time
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about sale structure and terms, prioritize features, and drive product improvements
• Stay informed about regulations in the crypto landscape and incorporate compliance requirements into the product development process
