Content Design Intern
Weâre looking for a talented Content Design Intern to join our global design team.
Responsibilities:
- Youâll be working closely with product designers helping create UX microcopy for a range of online projects or initiatives.
- Youâll be developing user tests focusing on the effectiveness of microcopy.
- Youâll be auditing various touch points and customer communication channels for content patterns.
- Youâll be helping develop a user-centered terminology library for our designers, project managers, and engineers to drive alignment and consistency.
Qualities for success:
- Youâre currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or related field.
- You have experience with online writing and publishing, including blogs, articles, newsletters, and/or wikis.
- You help set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points.
- As a stellar writer, you have a portfolio of work that demonstrates content that simplifies and beautifies the overall user experience.
- You understand how content, tone, and voice affect usability of a product, app, landing page, and website.
- You are interested in blockchain/crypto.
- You are an enthusiastic collaborator, able to work with people from different disciplines to get the job done.
- Youâre excited about digging into the design process working on real projects while receiving guidance and feedback from senior members of our design team.
