About The Role

We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Marketing Lead that’s excited about web3 to join our team. As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies, leading our marketing team, and conveying the Aptos mission to the world.

You will be leading marketing strategy, setting priorities and planning together with the marketing team, owning the marketing budget, and making sure day-to-day logistics are carried out efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects related to all marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and driving the Aptos marketing strategy
• Collaborating with various teams to set marketing strategy in line with overall project goals
• Managing projects across marketing to ensure they are prioritized, on track, and delivered on time
• Managing launches for new product features and existing feature upgrades
• Drive "go to market" channels including paid, social, SEO, content, email, web, and PR
• Setting overall marketing budget together with strategy and operations, determine the budget for each project and ensure this budget is met
• Monitoring market trends, research markets, user insights and competitors' activities and incorporating these into an overall marketing strategy
• Analyzing and tracking marketing performance
• Coordinating logistics and assisting with operations for marketing projects
• Working closely with our Recruiting partners to hire, lead and motivate the Marketing team

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience working with technical products preferably across internet, fintech, blockchain or crypto spaces
• Knowledgable in blockchain technology and/or cryptocurrencies
• Ability to translate highly complex technical concepts make them consumable for a generalized audience
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus
• A passion for decentralization
• Bachelors degree or higher
