Based in Atlanta, GA, our business and our teams are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager - Customer Insights to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses™.

The Marketing Manager - Customer Insights will report to the Sr. Integrated Communications Manager and lead understanding of our customers (people who use our kiosks for cryptocurrency transactions) and our host partners (those companies that allow our kiosk to be placed in their footprint). The successful candidate will be responsible for understand those groups, placing them is segments, owning the appropriate data and research, creating personas for the segments, determine customer lifecycles, and developing actionable insights. This person will also serve as Bitcoin Depot’s SME for these groups and help cascade their insights throughout the organization.

This position will work in our Atlanta office. Working from home may also be a consideration for the right candidate.

The successful candidate must have...

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 5 - 8 years of related experience in a fast pace working environment (i.e. agencies)
• Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)

And it would be a big plus if you had any of these…

• MBA level education
• Cryptocurrency experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
• Experience managing vendor partner relationships
• Excellent writing and presentation skills

Position responsibilities:

• For Bitcoin Depot customers: through data and research, understand and segment our customers, identify personas for those segments, map customer journeys, and identify and customer lifecycles
• For Bitcoin Depot host partners: analyze data to determine audience segments, identify audience lifecycles, assist the Sales department with understanding host partners
• Serves as primary marketing customer advisor to multiple business functions on the appropriate campaign objectives and process required to support the campaign strategy
• Own the customer journeys, lifecycles, and segmentation efforts—be our SME
• Works closely with the Marketing team to integrate customer insights to cross-functional teammates
• Cascade integrated communications information throughout the Bitcoin Depot organization
• Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, vendors, and industry professionals.
• Identifies trends, patterns, and correlations to develop actions with key stakeholders that will improve customer understanding
• Assist in the development of internal processes that improves Marketing output
