What You’ll Do:

As the Operation Lead at Xdo, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards achieving its strategic initiatives with the leadership team. Your primary responsibility will include collaborating closely with the leadership team to operationalize key strategies, representing Xdo in various capacities, crafting and executing operational strategies, nurturing relationships with global enterprise clients and strategic partners, and ensuring the company's mission is accomplished with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the Business Development and Operations teams to achieve and surpass revenue goals, providing strong support to all business facets.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure the attainment of business goals and spearhead initiatives for continuous process optimization to boost operational efficiency.

• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving team conflicts, fostering an environment of constructive communication and effective problem-solving.

• Administrative Management: Manage administrative tasks and address internal system approvals, budget management, and operational challenges.

• Strategic Contributions: Play an active role in making strategic product decisions and launching initiatives that influence the future of Web3.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise customers, strategic partners, and investor networks.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with a preference for candidates who are also fluent in Chinese.

• Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field, preferably including leadership in a token launch initiative.

• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated prowess in operational management with a proven track record of achieving results.

• Leadership: Experience in leading leaders, with the ability to mentor and elevate the skills of department heads.

• Hands-On Execution: Willing and able to personally drive and complete projects with a hands-on approach.

• Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

• Strategic Challenge: Capable of constructively challenging the executive team on key strategic and operational matters.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts with an OTE ranging from $150k- $230k. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
