About the team:
Product Marketing tells our product’s story to the market. We have a small, mighty team that we are looking to grow very fast. We directly impact the business by working closely with Product and Marketing teams to turn value propositions into compelling messages for customers and prospects, driving acquisition and engagement.
About the opportunity:
The successful candidate will be critical to the development, launch, and growth of both CeFi and DeFi products. As support to the key leaders within the Marketing team, you’ll be tasked with developing effective marketing strategies and detailed GTM plans enabling the Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to drive market awareness and product adoption.
Job Responsi:
- Drive the execution of new products and improve upon GTM strategies for existing CeFi and DeFi products
- Develop delivery of more relevant content, promotions and products across right channels and time.
- Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Develop solid working relationships with cross-functional team leads to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
- Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
- Be the voice of the customers and Influence Product Design and Product pipeline to satisfy user needs
What we look for in you:
- Solid work experience that can span across marketing, product, sales, strategy and operations
- Solid Product go-to-market experience with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch.
- A very strong interest/knowledge of Cryptocurrency & Blockchain
- Proven record in orchestrating a wide range of marketing initiatives - everything from strategic planning - to content marketing - to go-to-market implementation through project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable detailed plans
- Ability to solve complex problems and rapidly formulate a clear point-of-view
- Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Thrive when working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment and inspire others around you. Team first attitude
