The Product Marketing Lead will be based in Hong Kong (or at least the HK timezone) and will work in close collaboration with numerous internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing and more to lead and develop marketing for Crypto.com DeFi and Blockchain products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your partners in Product and business development, as the primary marketing voice for the Crypto.com DeFi. You’re expected to stay one step ahead on consumer insights/sentiment and the broader market environment impacting the Crypto.com DeFi initiatives.
• Lead the cross-functional development of campaigns that resonate with the target audiences around the world.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day marketing and product communications to consumers, ensuring we’re communicating in a consistent manner.
• Handle the regular measurement and analysis of agreed-upon goals.
• Coordinate efforts across a multi-functional marketing team including brand, community, PR, social media, content, and research to know and engage with relevant audiences on relevant marketing platforms
• Stay on top of the global crypto industry and regional payment trends; make appropriate recommendations proactively

• Strong passion and belief for the cryptocurrency space
• Proven experience in marketing of complex financial products required, ideally in the crypto industry
• Comfortable working under pressure and a fast-moving environment
• Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns at both a local and global level, with measurable results
• Be an effective self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline
• minimum 8 - 10 years of marketing experience
