What you will do:
- Build Institutional Product Marketing Squad in partnership with Head of PMM and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, adoption and engagement of OKX's institutional product offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and business development teams to understand the features and benefits of our institutional products and translate them into compelling value propositions and marketing messages.
- Create and implement go-to-market plans, including launch plans, content marketing, advertising, events, and public relations initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and partners to increase the visibility and credibility of OKX's institutional products.
- Develop and deliver product presentations and sales materials to support business development efforts with institutional clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments affecting the cryptocurrency and digital asset space.
- Travel to attend conferences, events, and meet with clients to represent OKX and support business development efforts.
What we look for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
- Solid years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales or related field
- Proven experience leading and building high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
- Strong understanding of the institutional finance and trading industry. Ideally, with a focus on cryptocurrency and digital assets. Prior experience in crypto exchange, trading platform, brokerage, FX broker is preferred
- Excellent strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong team player with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with PR teams to build positioning in the marketplace through thought leadership.
- Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
