As Project Manager you will:

• Work with a talented team of web developers, designers, and marketers to coordinate and manage the development, launch, and maintenance of web projects—ranging from developer hubs to company websites.
• Develop project scopes, key requirements, resourcing, and roadmaps to ensure web projects are set up for success.
• Manage day-to-day work of the project team to ensure development progresses towards team goals and strategic objectives.
• Establish best practices for project team planning, processes, work prioritisation, feedback, and culture.
• Develop creative solutions to project roadblocks and obstacles as well as contingency plans and fallback measures.
• Serve as the point of contact for team members and key stakeholders to facilitate decision making, feature requests, project milestones, etc.
• Maintain quality control and consistency throughout development to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Continually solicit feedback and review web projects to determine areas of improvement to drive future optimisations and updates.
• Design, lead, and facilitate project sprints; support teams during time-crunch moments such as campaign launches.

Requirements:

• Experience on web and app development projects in a project management capacity.
• Proven track record working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and marketers.
• Excellent internal communication, planning, and organisation skills.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills; experience in driving simultaneous projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high speed of execution in a loosely structured, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Ability to develop and drive healthy and productive team culture.

Further Relevant Experience:

• Programming or technical software familiarity.
• Marketing funnels and data analysis familiarity.
• Design, user experience, and user research familiarity.
• Events familiarity.
• Blockchain industry familiarity.
