Web3 Recruitment Marketing Lead/ Principal

About the role Your core responsibilities will include but is not limited to: Design and implement campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagement through the right usage offline and online channels Build and promote the Vauld brand, values, life at Vauld to the potential candidates and strengthen the Vauld  brand in the talent market Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials Develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates Craft job descriptions that describe our benefits and company culture Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities) Host and participate in job fairs and other career events Collaborate with a group of diverse stakeholders such as talent acquisition teams, practice/function heads and external vendors to identify and deliver organisational campaigns globally Evaluate and launch new and emerging tools & channels to drive campaigns for early attraction, engagement, and retention of talent Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition team and senior leadership to develop and execute strategies in close alignment with global recruitment goals and priorities

To succeed, you must have: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an employer branding/ talent branding/ recruitment marketing role and a total of 10+ years in Recruiting Postgraduate in Marketing/ Business Administration/Communications, or related field Good storyteller with an ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse group of stakeholders Proven track record of successfully implementing omni-channel brand campaigns Ability to coach and guide the organisation on employer branding/EVPKnowledge of Employer Branding market trends, best practices, communication channels, and success measurement metrics
