At FSL, we have forged a name for ourselves by focusing on our community and product. Since our inception, we have experienced rapid growth, and we are now looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Verification and Payment Processing:
   • Verify invoices in accordance with company policies.
   • Process payments accurately and promptly.
   • Closely work with operation team in different timezones in carrying out daily coordination and communication on settlement/ refund issues.
2. Daily Accounting and Month-End Reconciliation:
   • Record financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
   • Assist with month-end account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
3. Basic Financial Data Management:
   • Support the finance team in handling and organizing fundamental financial data.
   • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial documentation.
4. Internal Communication:
   • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
   • Collaborate effectively across departments to address financial matters.
5. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks:
   • Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the team and business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability in all tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Uphold high standards of professional ethics and integrity.
• Expert in MS Excel
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web 3 concepts is an advantage.
• Ideally you are based in Hong Kong.
