The Role
Own paid acquisition end-to-end across mobile and web. You’ll scale profitable spend, tighten attribution, and drive MAU, KYC approvals, deposits, and first-spend—starting with LATAM and MENA, then rolling global.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full-Funnel UA: Plan, launch, and optimize on Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, affiliates.
- Attribution & Deep Links: Operate AppsFlyer OneLink, SKAN, GA4; set guardrails for fraud and dedupe.
- Lifecycle Bridge: Partner with Braze to align paid→owned handoffs (KYC nudge, deposit/first spend sequences).
- Experimentation: Weekly test cadence across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies.
- Budget & Forecasting: Own CPA/CAC/ROAS targets; scenario plan by market and channel.
- Reporting: Clear dashboards for installs→KYC→deposit→spend; push learning agendas to leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 4–8 years in performance marketing for high-growth apps/fintech.
- Hands-on with AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase/Mixpanel, Braze
- Proven track record hitting CAC and payback targets at scale (6–7 figures/month).
- Analytical rigor; comfortable with SQL/Sheets modeling and cohort analysis.
Preferred
- Experience in LATAM, MENA, and global markets.
- Creative testing muscle; understands stat sig and incrementality.
