Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and drive user growth. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management, investment, tokenization and in larger terms of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and dedicated team member who will take initiatives and is a master of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Community Engagement: Foster and grow an active online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing discussions.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Brand Advocacy: Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand credibility.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platformA
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or blockchain industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
