Web3 Social Media Manager (NFT) US Time Zone

Hype Partners is the largest blockchain marketing and community management agency with 160 team members across 35 countries worldwide. Clients have included Ledger, Terra, Algorand, Reserve, ChiliZ and REN.

Hype Partners is primarily remote culture with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe.

As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead & execute an effective social media strategy for our clients.

In this role you will spend the majority of your day working with multiple projects and creating engaging Twitter and social content for our wide array of DeFi, NFT and other blockchain clients.

If you are interested in furthering the adoption of blockchain and Web3, working with a multitude of the most interesting projects in the field and managing your own initiatives. This role gives you all of that.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a team and will be tasked with managing social media content for Hype and their clients. You will write all content, interact with the wider community, work with our designers to create visual content and spend your day engaging with Crypto Twitter. You may also be required to support efforts on Telegram, Discord, Reddit and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, executing and optimising Twitter and social channels for various clients

• Running and updating content calendars

• Deal with clients on a daily basis on requests and priorities

• Assisting clients with their social media strategy

• Monitoring social media for relevant narratives

• Writing short, concise and engaging copy for socials

• Reporting and analytics creation for client’s channels

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrency managing active social media accounts

• Strong knowledge of the space and how people engage on Crypto Twitter

• You have strong knowledge of the NFT ecosystem

• Resourceful and proactive, always looking to do more

• You have a good feeling for memes and trends on social media

• You have a good eye for detail and creating the best content for socials

• Basic graphic design/editing skills preferable

• You enjoy writing Twitter threads and longer forms of content on socials

• You have good knowledge of best practises and strategies on Twitter and other social media

• You have experience with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout etc

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and industry

• Command of spoken/written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
