The Arbitrum Foundation is an organisation based in the Cayman Islands that is tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.

Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity. 

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
    • Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
    • Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space.
    • Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

    • A law degree and a strong academic record.
    • Qualified legal experience practicing law
    • Strong legal research and writing skills.
    • Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
    • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
