Responsibilities:

• Handling queries from customer service
• Monitoring deposits and withdrawals, resolve or escalate issues if required
• Performing daily reconciliations
• Supporting requests from other business units
• Review processes regularly and where possible, make suggestions for greater efficiency and control improvement
• Handling ad hoc requests/queries in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of related working experience
• Bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance, economics and other related majors
• Working experience in the trading market, third-party payment, clearing and settlement positions in commercial banks is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, organizational skills
• Familiar with Internet finance and traditional financial services
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for better collaboration with internal team and external clients
