Your mission:
Given our extraordinary growth, we are now looking for a Chief of Staff to assist the leadership team with operationally managing the business. In this role you will build relationships with senior leaders and bring your skills to bear on some of our most interesting and high stakes work. You will have the chance to see all aspects of the business and a unique opportunity to operate at the highest level of operations in one of the most exciting Fintechs in Europe.
What you'll do:
- Work alongside the Leadership Team to increase the business operating capabilities and surpass customer retention and company goals.
- Drive performance across the company, particularly at the leadership level to help hold teams accountable for their commitments.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation in order to provide in-depth analysis and advice.
- Consistently evaluate priorities and organise information to facilitate decision making for the executive group.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking Operations or Tech scaleups.
- Ability to work well with executives, lead and influence across multiple levels and functions.
- Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations.
- High EQ and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
