Your mission

Our People Services Team is responsible for all global processes and employee requests within the employee lifecycle from onboarding, ad hoc requests, and questions during employment to the offboarding of an employee. Our daily motivation is to make the experience of working at Bitpanda a joyful and seamless experience in every situation, whether you are relocating and just settling in, when taking a break, getting promoted, or even deciding to move on.

As a People Services Intern, you get the chance to gain experience with exposure to supporting the full employee lifecycle. Bitpanda is looking for a highly-motivated People Services intern to support the team in their day-to-day tasks, activities, and special projects.

What you’ll do

  • Provide timely and clear support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders around processes, policies, and queries
  • Process all employment life-cycle transactions in our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation
  • Maintaining Workday, the HRIS
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Have the opportunity to help us improve People processes

Who you are

  • Ongoing/finished studies in Business Administration or HR
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
  • Ability to process confidential data in a timely manner
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Professional fluency in English, German or Spanish speaking is a plus
