BlockFi is looking for a Private Client Associate to join our growing team!

About Your Team

Private Client Team provides bespoke and white glove service for UHNWIs, offering choice and flexibility in managing your digital assets globally, 24h7, in the context of a deep understanding of your needs.

Your Mission

This position provides a large opportunity for professional growth as we scale our organization. The individual who joins our team should expect to scale with our company and be ready to take on larger responsibilities over time. The position will report directly to our Director of Institutional Client Relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for BlockFi’s top tier client base
• Facilitate bespoke client offerings to assist the institutional team with meeting borrowing/lending demands
• Proactively engage with private client base to understand their unique needs and provide advice on products and services
• Drive revenue by structuring loans to fit the needs of the client
• Opportunity to develop the private client offering into its own market segmentation
• Attend crypto events in NYC, and potentially outside NYC, to spread the word about BlockFi and source potential clients
• Source potential clients through social media and our customer support platforms (chat box, reddit, twitter, telegram)

Your Expertise

• 2-5 years of industry experience in a customer-facing role
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• An understanding of blockchain technology and crypto assets
• Eagerness to learn and help BlockFi scale
• Experience with sales
• The ability to network and build relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excited to work in an early-stage company and have a high impact on the future of the company’s growth
