Head of Talent Acquisition
Your goal is to build and Lead the Talent Acquisition function, strategy and team to meet our very ambitious growth goals for the next years to come. We believe the key to success is a team sharing a unique mindset and values. Your goal will be to find them across the world. “Only” a few hundred in the next year and potentially more the year after.
Talent market is competitive, so we’re looking for a in-depth strategic market knowledge relevant to modern technology companies and previous experience scaling a startup company.

What you'll do
- You will have end-to-end ownership of our Talent Acquisition function from planning to execution
- Hire several hundred people with a strong match to our culture per year
- Form a competitive Talent Acquisition strategy
- Work directly with C-level as your key stakeholders to assess and predict the hiring needs based on business goals
- Expand the recruitment team as you deem best
- Ensure top-level efficiency of the team and all recruitment processes
- Define and lead employer branding project to attract (and retain) the best talent
- Ensure a win-win hiring process for both candidates, Hiring Managers and recruitment team in all stages
- Represent us to externally as the face of modern Talent Acquisition practices
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Chief of TA, Head of TA or Head of Recruitment or similar high level leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling a modern technology company (+200 people annually)
- Data driven mindset to recruitment
- Openness to relocate or travel frequently to Tallinn, Estonia where most of the team is based
