We are looking for an experienced Options Trader with a strong background in systematic strategy research and trading. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in options trading, with a preference for individuals who have experience in option market making/systematic trading at proprietary trading houses. This position requires flexibility to cover US trading hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conducting systematic strategy research and developing trading algorithms
- Executing options trades based on research findings and market analysis
- Analyzing market data to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities
- Managing risk and ensuring compliance with trading regulations
- Collaborating with team members to optimize trading performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in options trading with a focus on systematic strategy research and trading
- Option market making experience from prop trading houses is preferred but not required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis
- Knowledge of options pricing models, risk management, and market dynamics
- Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US trading sessions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
