About the role

The Financial Networks Analyst will report to the Director of Global Business Solutions, North America and be responsible for supporting Crypto.com’s financial network relationships and operations in the US & Canada. This is a highly collaborative role working at the intersection of different cross functional teams widespread globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and serve as the main point of contact and general liaison for our banking partners
• Expert in regards to banking partners/entire financial network and how they interact and support the business
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams during the design of new programs (funds flow & reconciliation), to ensure all downstream impacts to banking partners are considered and addressed
• Investigates issues with account funding and/or disbursements to determine root cause and drive remediation
• Should become an SME for our transaction types and funds flows and able to support questions that may go to the payments team during their non-working hours
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex transactional and segment data sets, and present findings as visualizations and reports
• Regularly communicate progress, learnings, and barriers to company leadership
• Tactical and hands on role, assists in simple or complex ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Manage vendor/partner payments and invoices and ensure timely and accurate resolution

• 3+ years of experience with banking, card, payment companies and/or start ups/fintechs
• Someone with demonstrable experience in payment acceptance, including a proven-track record of working with relevant parties of the payment processing value-chain (card networks, acquiring/issuing banks, payment processors/gateways, etc.)
• Self-starter, hands on and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-moving startup environment
• Able to determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
• Able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment
• Highly organized and excellent presentation to represent self and crypto.com
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical mindset and high work ethic.
• Experience with platforms and collaboration tools - such as slack, in addition to JIRA and Confluence.
